“Murphy” - 30K

12 year old TB/Draft X with extensive Foxhunting experience. Murphy is only 15’2 but solid and beautifully built. He has evented successfully through Novice level and will confidently take you around any course!

“Garnett” - 15k

Lovely, 17h Percheron/KWPN/TB X. Just 3 1/2 years old but has a wonderful, grounded demeanor, easy going, w/t/c but green on the flat. Willing to go anywhere and do anything you ask him! Sound, barefoot and growing!

“Bo” - 18.5k

8 year old Percheron/Draft X. 15.2, stout, barefoot. Will trail ride, jump anything, w/t/c, super quiet and easy going for any discipline!

“Calvin” - $7500

Lives in Candler at a beautiful farm and will enjoy trail riding and some low level eventing!

“Jasper” - $9K

Belongs to an adorable junior rider and will continue to train with Aubrey in Asheville!

VIEWING AND SALES INFORMATION:

• Showings are scheduled by appointment only and are kept to a one hour time slot. If a second showing is desired, there will be a $100/hr fee (deducted from sale price but non-refundable if horse isn’t purchased). If a trainer will be instrumental in the decision making, please bring them with you!

• Horses are not “held” under any circumstance; they are available until they are paid in full. If a vetting is set up (scheduled with a day and time) we will hold for that vetting if it’s within a five day time frame. We will continue to show the horse until the vetting is complete and payment is made. There are many reasons that people pass on a horse given the results of a vetting, but someone else may be completely fine with those results which is a reason the horse is kept on the market.

• We will let you know if the horse has sold before you come to the farm!

• IF you are going to move forward with a PPE, it needs to be scheduled within five business days. The buyer has 48 hours to decide if they are going to proceed with the purchase after the results of the PPE are given. Once you schedule a PPE, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required to hold the horse through the PPE (meaning the horse can not be sold to anyone else or vetted by anyone else until your decision is made). The $200 will be applied to the purchase price but will not be refunded if you decline the horse for any reason.

• If you do not put a deposit down, the horse can be sold before, during or after the PPE with no financial recourse.

• The horse must be paid in full before leaving the farm and within 48 hours of the PPE. We accept Venmo, Zelle, cashiers check and cash. A bill of sale and any corresponding paperwork will only be given when the full sale price is received.

• We do not offer shipping but can help facilitate shipping from our farm.

• If we have to keep the horse more than 48 hours beyond the PPE, board will be charged at a daily rate of $40

• The prices of the horses listed are FIRM, please do not schedule a viewing or inquire about a horse unless you are comfortable with these prices.

• We want forever and five-star homes for all of our sale horses and we reserve the right to decline a prospective buyer for any reason if we do not think they can provide a suitable home for our spectacular animals.
