Showings are by appointment only, with a one-hour time slot. Additional showings incur a $100/hr fee (deducted from the sale price but non-refundable if the horse isn't purchased). Please bring a trainer if their input is key to your decision.

Horses are available until fully paid for and are not held unless a vetting is scheduled within five days. We continue to show the horse until the vetting is completed and payment is made. A horse remains on the market even after a vetting, as results may vary depending on the buyer.

You’ll be notified if the horse sells before your scheduled visit.

If proceeding with a pre-purchase exam (PPE), it must be scheduled within five business days. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to hold the horse for the PPE, and this deposit will be applied to the purchase price but is not refundable if the horse is declined. Without a deposit, the horse may be sold at any time before, during, or after the PPE.

Payment in full is required within 48 hours of the PPE. We accept Venmo, Zelle, cashier’s check, and cash. A bill of sale and any corresponding paperwork will only be provided once full payment is received.

We do not offer shipping but can assist in arranging it from the farm.

If a horse stays more than 48 hours beyond the PPE, board is charged at $40 per day.

Horse prices are firm. Please only inquire or schedule a viewing if you are comfortable with the listed price.

We seek five-star, forever homes for our horses and reserve the right to decline a buyer if we do not believe they can provide a suitable environment.
