Join us for a discussion with Dr. Robert Swoap on tackling the mental aspects of our sport. He has worked extensively with athletes in many disciplines at all levels including competitors at The Olympic Training Center in Colorado. Space is limited. Doors open at 10 am to browse Christmas Farm Consignment Tack Shop and enjoy pastries and coffee.

Equestrian Yoga with Mae
This event is ONGOING! Every Tuesday, we will be meeting in the hayloft at Christmas Farm for a 45 minute Yoga class with Mae Weeks. Mae has extensive experience both riding and in the Yoga Studio. Bring your own mat and $20 for a drop in fee!
